- Wholesale investors hold a specific commercial/industrial project asset in the unit trust and have the potential to receive income distributions and capital growth from the trusts. The potential returns are outlined in the Information Memorandum.
- The fixed income distributions for wholesale investors range from 6 – 10% per annum.
- The previous equity returns for capital partners range from 15 – 22% per annum.
