Wholesale investors hold a specific commercial/industrial project asset in the unit trust and have the potential to receive income distributions and capital growth from the trusts. The potential returns are outlined in the Information Memorandum.
The fixed income distributions for wholesale investors range from 6 – 10% per annum.
The previous equity returns for capital partners range from 15 – 22% per annum.
