Graduated with a MBA from UTS, Lois has more than 16 years’ experience in business administration, specialised in corporate finance, financial modelling, investment analysis, AFSL compliance management and HR management. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, she has an in-depth understanding of Chinese and Western culture as well as their respective business laws and regulations. Throughout her career, Lois has worked across different countries such as Europe, China and Australia. Prior to joining Markuan Group, she previously held senior management position with GHD, one of the world’s leading professional services company operating in global markets. She had successfully completed five major M & A projects in China region, achieving extraordinary performance.
